Mom just got a letter from Ben. He has been learning how to shoot. He told us to pray b/c this past week were his tests. He qualified as an Army Sharpshooter and received "High BRM" (Highest in Basic Rifle Marksmanship) for his platoon (60 soldiers). He was tested over 2 days at the ranges, and he is ranked somewhere around 6th-8th in the company (240 soldiers). He'll find out later what his official rank is. I am so proud of him! =)
He'll be home from Christmas THIS Thurs. for 2 wks. YEA!!! =)

Way to go Ben! I hope you all have a great 2 weeks together! I know he'll be SO happy to be home. Maybe even a tear or two?
