Ben and I went to Florida for Christmas to be with our parents. We had lots of fun!!
I bought a cookie press and spent hours making and decorating dozens of cookies.
One of our fun days was Magic Kingdom. We love Disney and had a great day. Even though it was quite cold!!! For dinner we went to Liberty Tavern. It's a colonial, family-style restaurant with yummy, yummy food!
As a surprise, my parents booked a night to stay on Disney property, at The Dolphin. This one was a new one for us. Beautiful decorations and a great view!
This is Christmas morning: our babies were ecstatic with the smell of their stockings and got to be the first to open any gifts.
We also did family traditions: our special Christmas Eve party. We watched Christmas movies, ate at a New Orleans-style restaurant, and had Georgia friends over for cards. I'll post some pics of my Christmas goodies soon. I need to unpack and organize a bit better.
Love you, Mom and Dad! We had a grrrreat time!

We had a great time with you and Ben, too. The pic of the cookies turned out great! Dad is finishing them up - he was so excited there were a few left. Love you and miss you already.
I LOVE this post. Everything about it makes me happy!!! the cookies the special overnight treat and disney-what a wonderful christmas!!! You will have to take Harper when she is older bc you will be a park expert!!!!
We haven't been to Disney at Christmas but I would love to go then! Glad you had a great Christmas!!
